User Data Deletion

Effective August 26, 2026

Disconnect an advertising provider

  1. Sign in to Adport Cloud Connections.
  2. Find the connected provider and select Disconnect.
  3. Where the provider requires it, also revoke Adport in that provider's account or business settings.

Disconnecting removes the organization's stored provider grant and prevents Adport from requesting new provider access tokens. It does not delete campaigns or other records held by the advertising provider.

Delete an Adport Cloud organization

  1. Sign in to Adport Cloud as the organization owner.
  2. Open Team from the dashboard navigation.
  3. In Delete organization, enter the displayed confirmation word and select Delete organization.

This permanently removes the organization, its memberships, settings, encrypted provider credentials, accessible-account inventory, API-key digests, policies, pending operations, findings, and audit records. If the owner has no other organization memberships, the associated Adport Cloud user account is also deleted.

Request assistance

If you cannot access the dashboard, email yannick@adport.dev with the subject “Adport data deletion request” and identify the Adport Cloud organization or sign-in email. We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting data.

Self-hosted installations

Self-hosted Adport data remains under the user's control. Remove stored credentials and local Adport data from the installation, and revoke Adport in the connected provider's account settings.
