Terms of Use
Effective August 8, 2026
These terms govern use of the adport.dev website and the Adport open-source software maintained by Yannick Westermann Labs. By using Adport, you agree to these terms.
Open-source license
The Adport packages are provided under the Apache License 2.0. If these terms conflict with that license for use, modification, or distribution of the source code, the Apache License 2.0 controls.
Your accounts and credentials
You are responsible for your advertising accounts, credentials, access permissions, infrastructure, and all activity performed through your Adport installation. You must have authority to access every connected account and must protect all credentials from unauthorized use.
Platform rules
You must comply with the terms, policies, developer requirements, and advertising rules of Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple, Microsoft, and any other connected service. Adport is an independent project and is not endorsed by or affiliated with those providers.
Responsible use
You may not use Adport to violate law, infringe rights, bypass platform controls, access accounts without permission, distribute malicious content, or create deceptive or unlawful advertising. You remain responsible for reviewing proposed changes before applying them and for the content, targeting, budgets, and outcomes of your campaigns.
Safety controls
Adport includes previews, confirmation gates, budget controls, paused campaign creation, and audit logs. These controls reduce risk but do not replace human review, account security, or compliance processes. You must verify outputs before relying on them.
No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adport and this website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Advertising APIs and provider behavior can change without notice, and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yannick Westermann Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost revenue, data, advertising spend, business opportunities, or account access arising from use of Adport.
Changes and availability
We may update these terms or change the website as the project develops. The effective date above identifies the current version. You may stop using Adport at any time and revoke connected credentials directly with the applicable provider.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected where applicable.
